How we play (Rules)
There are 5 "Ways to Play" in the Flint Children's Museum
- Always use walking feet, no running
- Keep your shoes on at all times
- All children and adults must stay together in the museum
- There is no food, drinks or gum in the museum's play area.
Eating/drinking
is allowed in the Eating Area only
- Always use your helping hands to put things back where they belong
Lunch/Snack:
Bring your lunch or a snack! There is a small indoor eating area, as well as an outdoor picnic area in Sproutside (weather/season permitting) where you can relax while you eat. Some healthy snacks and refreshments are available for purchase in the gift shop.
Strollers/Carriages:
Strollers are allowed in the museum. Strollers can also be stored in the coatroom during your visit.
- The museum is designed for children ages 1 - 10. Exhibits are not suitable
for all ages and younger children should have priority in the museum activities.
All children under 18 years of age must be supervised and in the presence
of their adult at all times.
- Groups of 12 or more must make a reservation. No reservations will be taken
on Family Access and Dollar Days.
- The museum does not allow adults in the museum without a child, or children
in the museum without an adult.
