HELLO Series

These Hands-on Extended Learning Lab Opportunities take the field trip experience to new heights and serve as an extension of classroom curriculum.

These labs offer a one-hour classroom lesson plan that incorporates an in-depth, hands-on experience and a "make it, take it" project to take back to school. The lesson is conducted with topic specific resource staff and a Michigan certified teacher with 32 years of classroom experience. HELLO-Museum provides an additional hour of intense exhibit exploration with a selection of self-guided lesson plans for teachers.

HELLO Series trips are held on Mondays when the museum is normally closed to the public, allowing for a more focused classroom experience.
